Abstract314)   HTML    PDF (1827KB)(108)
In the operation process of anion exchange membrane fuel cell, water molecules are working as the transmission medium of OH-.Therefore,hygroscopic property is one of the most important performances of anion exchange membranes,in addition to conductivity and alkali resistance stability. It is also the focus of research on the improvement of anion exchange membranes. In this paper, two series of anion exchange membranes for fuel cells based on metal organic framework (MOFs) materials were prepared, and their crystal structures and morphologies were characterized by XRD and SEM.In addition, the water content, swelling degree, swelling kinetics, and mechanical properties were tested and analyzed in detail. The results show that the water content, swelling degree, and mechanical properties of the two membranes are much different. Though the swelling kinetic behavior of the two prepared membranes follow Schott's second⁃order swelling kinetic equation, but exhibit different swelling behaviors, due to the different functions of the two component of MOFs.

Abstract555)      PDF (3945KB)(423)
Through building the pipeline model, giving the boundary conditions and setting up the solver in Fluent software, analyze the character of mixture gas using species transport model. Through the analysis result know that the shape of the mixture gas changes from the shape of straight line to the shape of bullet as the inlet velocity increases. The concentration of nitrogen decreases with line regular pattern in the axis direction, as time goes, the diffusion range is spreading; the nitrogen replacement velocity increases with the increasing of inlet velocity, at the beginning of the replacement, the increasing rate of the mixture length is faster than latter. The replacement length increases as time goes, the faster the replacement velocity the higher increasing ratio of the replacement length, and the replacement efficiency is increasing as the inlet velocity increases, but the ratio is decreasing.

Abstract409)      PDF (415KB)(331)
The problem of calculation of penetration range of oil in soil with different particle diameters could be molded by software CFD. It can build three-dimensional flow and mass coupling model with water-oil flowing separately in porous soil media. The simulation shows that oil diffuses in U shape in soil with bigger particles (0.5 mm and 0.221 mm); while it diffuses in egg shape in soil with smaller particles (0.147 mm and 0.098 mm); and oil diffuses in pear shape in soil with tiny particles (0.021 mm and 0.002 mm). The diffusion rate of oil in the six different soils is nearly same in the first minute; the rate increases gradually in five kinds soil with (0.5 mm-0.021 mm) different particle diameters in the next four minutes. The speed in 0.021 mm diameter soil is faster than that in soil of 0.5 mm by 12%. The diffusion rate is nearly same in soil of 0.021 mm diameter and 0.002 mm diameter.

Abstract509)      PDF (278KB)(284)
Based on the corrosion theory of the process of injection, The injected water corrosion of Qin Huangdao 32-6 oil field was evaluated. It considered several important factors affecting the corrosion of the injection process, such as salinity, dissolved oxygen content, hydrogen sulfide content and bacterial action, and adopted the methods of the indoor corrosion experiments evaluation and using simulation software to predict. Experimental research show that the average corrosion rate of the injected water is 0.037 7 mm/a, so the corrosion index of the injection system is up to standard in low level. According to the actual running data of the produced water, using software to predict the corrosion of three cases, such as FPSO platform pipeline, sea tube transport and injection wells, whose results were consistent with that under the indoor experimental condition.

Abstract779)      PDF (287KB)(462)

The application of nonionic surfactant and nonionic surfactant formulation in the silicone oil emulsion was studied. Uniform design and optimization soft-ware were used in design of  the emulsifier formula and optimization of the experiment results. The synergic effects between the surfactants were investigated. The optimum [KG*4]formula [KG*4]was got. The nonionic surfactant [KG*4]and [KG*4]nonionic [KG*4]surfactant [KG*4]in [KG*4]the [KG*4]formula [KG*4]have [KG*4]synergic [KG*4]effect. [KG*4]The [KG*4]optimum [KG*4]formula [KG*4]of  [KG*4]the [KG*2/3]mass [KG*2/3]ratio [KG*4]are  wX130.14%, wX223.69%, wX322.45%, wX413.05%, wX510.67%. The silicone oil emulsion is prepared and not stratified at the 3 000 r/min by centrifugating 30 min.

Abstract315)      PDF (988KB)(294)
The reduction of m-Dinitrobenzene (m-DNB) to m-nitroaniline (m-NA) with selenium and hydrazine hydrate was studied under mild conditions. The effects of ratio of solvents, hydrazine hydrate amount, selenium amount and NaOH amount on the reduction of m-DNB to m-NA were investigated. The results show that selenium has high catalytic activity and selectivity for the reduction under mild conditions. Under the optimized conditions of V(ethanol)/V(water) = 10∶1, 2 mmol of m-DNB, 3.1 mmol of hydrazine hydrate, 0.04 g of NaOH, 0.02 g of selenium, 75 ℃ and 2 h, the m-DNB conversion and the m-NA selectivity can reach 100 % and 98.7 %, respectively.
